OC WMS Manager · Version 1.0

Privacy Policy

This policy explains the information handled by the OC WMS Manager mobile app.

Effective date: September 5, 2026

OC WMS Manager is a mobile client for warehouse teams. It connects to an OC WMS server selected by the user and displays the server's dashboard, wave tasks, administration tools, reports, and notifications.

Information we handle

How information is used

Information is used to sign in to the WMS service, load warehouse data, maintain a session, register or unregister this device for notifications, display notification history, and diagnose service or connection problems. The app does not sell personal information and does not intentionally use advertising identifiers or cross-app tracking.

Where information is sent

Requests and notification registration data are sent to the WMS server address configured by the user. The operator of that server controls the data stored there, including server-side accounts, audit logs, notification history, and retention periods. Review the privacy practices of your organization's WMS operator for server-side processing.

Storage and deletion

Sign Out and Reconfigure removes the saved WMS username, password, and session token from the app and attempts to unregister this device's push token from the configured server. Server-side data must be removed by the WMS server operator according to its own procedures. The user may also revoke notification permission in iOS Settings.

Security

The app uses the iOS Keychain for saved passwords and session tokens. Use an HTTPS WMS server whenever possible and protect the credentials used to access your warehouse system.

Children's privacy

OC WMS Manager is a business application and is not directed to children.

We may update this policy when the app or its data handling changes. The updated effective date will be shown on this page. For questions about the app, contact [email protected].
